I live in Shropshire have been interested in photography since my first stroke. After suffering a stroke in 2004, I suffered from short term memory problems. During one therapy session, I was advised to keep a diary and take photos. I cant remember detail, so the photos I take help me remember. I started snapping away and haven’t stopped since.
I am a mother to 4 and grandmother to 7.
As a main carer for my husband who has Alzheimer’s, I decided to start making memory photo books for him, which meant taking photos at every opportunity. In 2014, I decided to take a formal qualification in photography and enrolled on an open learning Photography degree
